Practical tools, built from 18 years in the field

Not every facility needs a full consulting engagement to move forward. Sometimes you just need a solid starting point — a structured way to see where your Physical Environment (PE) program stands, or the templates you wish someone had handed you on day one.

These are the tools I built for exactly that: self-guided, editable, and grounded in real survey experience across a multi-facility health system. Use them on your own, or as the groundwork before we ever talk. Every tool is written in plain, accreditor-neutral language and is yours to reuse.
